Captain Cody Albright has been fishing professionally since the age of 12, when he first stepped onto a charter boat under the guidance of legendary captain Mike Manning. Spending years learning the craft hands-on, Cody built a deep foundation in inshore and nearshore fishing, boat handling, and—most importantly—how to put clients on fish while making sure they have an unforgettable day on the water.
Fishing isn’t just a job for Cody—it’s a passion. He specializes in targeting snook, redfish, tarpon, and grouper, and fishes full-time throughout Florida’s west coast, from Crystal River chasing monster snook to Boca Grande in pursuit of the Silver King. His experience has led to multiple wins and top placements in inshore and tarpon tournaments, proving both his skill and dedication to the sport.
Captain Cody runs Reel Skinny Fishing Charters out of two fully rigged fishing machines to match any trip style: a 20’ Shoalwater for shallow-water precision and a 25’ C-Hawk for bigger water and versatility. Trips accommodate up to four anglers and are tailored to all skill levels—from first-timers to seasoned fishermen—ensuring a fun, safe, and action-packed experience every time.
